Returns & Replacement Policy

We are more than happy to replace any products that are damaged or defective. If you received a damaged item, please contact us within 30 days. We will see to it that you receive a replacement! To complete your replacement, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please DO NOT send your purchase back to the manufacturer unless you are asked to. You must contact us within 30 days in order to have a product replaced.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at stephen@zaneydivision.com. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Due to the digital and online nature of our store, we are not able to offer refunds at this time.
